Physical Products

We do not sell physical products directly on this site. Paperbacks and workbooks are fulfilled by third-party retailers such as Amazon. Please follow the retailer’s return policy for those purchases.

Digital Products Sold Here (non-Skool)

All digital product sales made through this site or affiliated checkouts (for example, ThriveCart) are final. No refunds or exchanges on downloadable or streamable content.

Skool Memberships and Subscriptions

We offer a free community and paid tiers inside Skool. When you purchase a paid tier, payment processing and subscription management occur in your Skool account.

  • Manage your membership: Update your payment method or cancel your paid tier from your Skool account settings under the community’s membership area. Canceling stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund prior charges.
  • Refunds: Skool payments are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, email ray@doingwhatyouknow.com within 7 days of the most recent charge and we will review it.
  • Community standards: Members must follow Skool’s platform rules and our community guidelines. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Cancellations (non-Skool)

If you enroll in subscription services sold outside Skool in the future, specific cancellation terms will appear on the checkout page. You can cancel recurring billing at any time by contacting ray@doingwhatyouknow.com.

Promotions

From time to time we may offer promotions or bonus materials. Each promotion will state the start and end date, eligibility, how to redeem, and what is included. We honor promotions only when the criteria are met and within the stated window.

We do not knowingly sell or distribute products or services where prohibited by law. You are responsible for complying with local laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be posted here. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Skool Billing FAQ

How do I cancel my Skool membership?

Log in to Skool, open your account settings, go to the community’s membership area, and select cancel. Canceling stops future renewals. Prior charges are not refunded.

No. Canceling stops future renewals only. If you believe a charge was made in error, email ray@doingwhatyouknow.com within 7 days and we will review it.

How do I update my card on file?

Update your payment method inside your Skool account settings under the community’s membership area.

I was charged but do not have access. What do I do?

Email ray@doingwhatyouknow.com with the email used for Skool and a screenshot of the charge. We will restore access or investigate.

Can I pause my membership?

We do not offer pauses at this time. You can cancel and rejoin when ready.
