Silence Is a Decision
We love to talk about decisions.
The big ones.
The dramatic ones.
The ones you post about.
But the most dangerous decisions?
Are the ones you don’t make.
Like the decision to stay quiet.
The decision to play small.
The decision to say “maybe later.”
We don’t often call it that.
We say we’re waiting.
We say we’re thinking.
We say we’re just not ready.
But the delay is the decision.
When you don’t speak, you still answer.
When you don’t move, you still choose.
When you don’t act, the barrier grows.
You don’t need to shout.
You don’t need to force it.
But you do need to recognize that silence has power.
And if you’re not using it intentionally… it’s using you.
Today’s Shift:
Ask yourself what you’ve been quiet about.
What action you’ve been putting off.
What truth you’ve been holding back.
Then make a different decision — on purpose.
Because silence is never neutral.
Ready to move?
