Silence Is a Decision
Sometimes the loudest barrier isn’t fear.
It’s silence.
Not the silence of others…
But your own.
The silence when you don’t ask the question.
When you don’t share the idea.
When you don’t speak up about the thing you already know.
It’s easy to tell yourself, “I’m still figuring it out,”
but if you stay quiet long enough, that becomes the pattern, not the preparation.
Silence feels safe.
But it keeps you stuck.
If there’s something you know you need to say,
to your audience, your team, your family, or just to yourself,
say it.
Even if it’s messy.
Even if it’s small.
Even if it’s unfinished.
Silence is a decision. And so is speaking.
