Breakthrough Moments

Sometimes the Answer Isn’t More… It’s Less

For a long time, I thought the next breakthrough would come from adding something new. A new tool. A new strategy. A new commitment.

But the real shift began when I started subtracting instead.

I removed distractions.
I removed noise.
I removed the belief that I needed anything other than what I already knew.

Doing what you know doesn’t require more.
It requires trust.
It requires honesty.
And sometimes, it requires silence.

Today’s breakthrough?
Do less.
Be present.
Act on what’s already clear.
